Honest Compatibility Guide

The net is 230 cm (7.5 ft) high, and its total length is 1260 cm / 12.6 m (41.3 ft).

The 1260 cm measurement is the total length of the net around the umbrella or gazebo. It is not the umbrella diameter.

How to Measure

Measure the perimeter of the umbrella along the lower edge of the canopy.

For a gazebo, measure the perimeter along the outer lower edge of the roof.

If the structure is significantly smaller than the net, too many folds will form. Deep folds in the continuous water-fill tube can make the net hang unevenly, and the tube may become damaged at the folded points.

Compatibility Table

For round umbrellas, the stated measurement is the diameter, not the net length.

The calculations for the 2.74 × 4.27 m (9 × 14 ft) and 2.74 × 4.57 m (9 × 15 ft) double umbrellas are based on a rounded canopy rather than a standard rectangular shape.

The actual canopy edge may differ slightly from the advertised dimensions, so measuring the real perimeter is recommended.

Why the Net Does Not Fit Standard Round Umbrellas with a Diameter of 2.5–3 m (8.2–9.8 ft)

A round umbrella with a diameter of 2.5 m (8.2 ft) has a calculated perimeter of only 7.85 m (25.8 ft).

A round umbrella with a diameter of 3 m (9.8 ft) has a calculated perimeter of 9.42 m (30.9 ft).

Both structures are significantly smaller than the 12.6 m (41.3 ft) net.

The top drawstring can gather the upper edge, but several metres of excess material will still remain at the bottom. This will create deep folds in the continuous water-fill tube, the net will hang unevenly, and the tube may become damaged at the folded points.

For the same reason, round umbrellas with a diameter of 3.1–3.3 m (10.2–10.8 ft) are not recommended.

Two Opposite Zipper Entrances

The net has two zipper entrances positioned opposite each other.

Both zippers help open the net during installation and provide access to the enclosed area after installation.

Each zipper has a double-sided slider, allowing it to be opened and closed from both inside and outside.

One zipper opens all the way to the bottom. The second zipper opens only as far as the lower water-fill tube.

The second zipper does not pass through the tube and ends above it. At the second zipper, the lower edge remains connected by the continuous integrated water-fill tube.

This construction is especially useful for cantilever umbrellas. The second zipper fully separates at the upper edge, allowing the net to be positioned around the side support or cantilever arm.

Fits 3 × 3 m (9.8 × 9.8 ft) Cantilever Umbrellas

This mosquito net fits standard square cantilever umbrellas measuring 3 × 3 m (9.8 × 9.8 ft).

The second zipper fully separates at the upper edge. This allows the net to be positioned around the side support or cantilever arm and then zipped closed.

After installation, position the net so that it does not interfere with the cantilever arm or the umbrella opening mechanism.

The mosquito net does not stabilise the umbrella. The umbrella must have its own secure and correctly weighted base.

Installation

1. Open and securely anchor the gazebo or umbrella.
2. Lay the mosquito net on the ground around the structure.
3. Position the net around the gazebo or umbrella. For a cantilever umbrella, open the second zipper at the upper edge and position the net around the side support or cantilever arm.
4. Lift the upper edge of the net and secure it at four attachment points — one in the middle of each side of the gazebo or umbrella — using the four included clips.
5. Place the loose sections of the upper edge over the corners of the gazebo or umbrella.
6. Tighten the continuous upper drawstring from both sides, above the two zippers.
7. Check that the lower edge of the net reaches the ground.
8. Arrange the continuous lower tube evenly on the ground without creating sharp folds.
9. Fill the integrated lower tube with water. The water adds weight and helps keep the lower edge of the net on the ground.
10. Close the zipper entrances.

• The water-filled tube holds the lower edge of the net on the ground. It does not stabilise the umbrella or gazebo.
