RETURNS AND REFUNDS

30-DAY VOLUNTARY RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

This voluntary return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including the European Union right of withdrawal described below.

For returns requested outside any mandatory statutory withdrawal period, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with any tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Products returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURN COSTS

For returns made because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we expressly agree otherwise.

This does not apply when the product is defective, damaged, not as described or different from the product ordered. In those cases, HousesNice will bear the reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable consumer law.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed.

After the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require approximately 5–10 business days to display it in your account.

For returns made under the European Union statutory right of withdrawal, the specific refund rules and deadlines stated below apply.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the product is damaged, defective, not as described or if you have received the wrong product.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

The request to contact us promptly does not limit your statutory guarantee rights. For consumers in Spain, new consumer goods are generally covered by a three-year statutory conformity guarantee from the date of delivery.

EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions to the right of return apply only where permitted by applicable law.

These may include:

- goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Products purchased at a reduced or sale price remain covered by all applicable statutory consumer rights.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to obtain a different product is normally to return the original product and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer and the product is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email to info@housesnice.com before the withdrawal period expires.

After informing us of your decision, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us.

You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose.

Unless we agree to cover the cost, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal. This does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.
