SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times and costs vary by product, fulfilment location and destination. The available shipping method, estimated delivery time and final shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment.

EU WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS

Selected products are clearly marked as shipping from our European fulfilment warehouse in Poland.

For delivery to Spain:

Tracked standard shipping costs €9.90.

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date of order.

A tracking number is provided.

The 5–8 business-day estimate includes normal order processing.

Orders containing products from different fulfilment locations may arrive in separate shipments with different delivery estimates. The delivery time and shipping cost for each shipment are shown at checkout.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Unless a different delivery estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout, other products are generally estimated to arrive within 6–12 business days.

Some products may include free shipping. Where free shipping applies, it will be shown at checkout.

DELIVERY METHODS AND SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

We use different postal and courier services depending on the product, fulfilment location and destination.

Orders containing products from different fulfilment locations may be shipped separately. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

After an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

After an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
